We live in a changing and at times challenging World and as our attention moves with what arises and our nervous systems get affected by what is going on globally, collectively and individually, we may at times believe that it is more difficult than ever to find Freedom and Peace. I find, however, that this time of change presents us with an even greater and even more urgent invitation to Awakening and Freedom.

The obstacles or challenges to Being Here and to Awakening often lie in a fundamental misunderstanding as to what our True Nature is, but also in subconscious beliefs about who we are and what we are capable of and in beliefs around our worth or what we “deserve”. It is also that our past conditioning, trauma, and misunderstood spiritual beliefs have taught us a level of harshness and lack of Trust, sometimes obvious, but often in ways that are very subtle and yet very solidified and ingrained and internally well reasoned and believable. We often need a steady reminder and a “modeling” of what true Kindness in all areas and circumstances of life really is.

The combination of Tenderness, Discrimination and Trust is very powerful, both in living in today’s World and in overcoming obstacles to Awakening. 

In this upcoming 3-week program I want to invite you to keep making a stronger, radical commitment to Awakening and Freedom and to look closer at the obstacles to Awakening. True Tenderness has the power to bring all patterns of the Past to Rest.
