BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATION IN 6-MONTH PROGRAMS
Rarely in the West can individuals set daily life aside nor can we replicate the experience of sitting in satsang for months (as Neelam did with Papaji in India). The 6-month programs are the closest Neelam has found as a way to replicate the experience and benefits of these teachings for students. The longer programs provide consistent support and are the most effective and transformative way a teacher can bring long-lasting benefits to students.
The benefits of longer programs include:
- Diving deep into the Core Principles of the teachings: Understanding them, experiencing them and asking questions about how to embody them in your day-to-day life:
- Strengthening our commitment and desire for Truth and Freedom
- Strengthening our resolve and capacity to Be Here (less fight-or-flight, freeze, overwhelm)
- Increasing our Trust in resting in Presence, our True Nature (peace, love and lasting freedom)
- Increasing our ability to be present in the world/when Relational (understanding the nexus between Relationships, the Nervous System and Presence)
- Enhanced ability to identify and work with past tendencies and habits (individual patterns of conditioning) that stop us from resting Here permanently.
- Papaji used to say that when we come to Satsang we are like a glass of water with sediment at the bottom. Satsang stirs up the sediment so that it can be experienced and transcended.
- Developing practical skills necessary to meet the arising past and reduce suffering through teachings on:
- Understanding the nervous system and brain (how to re-train our attention)
- Understanding trauma and how it affect the nervous system and our day-to-day life
- Interactive Self-Inquiry and Partner-Inquiry practice:
-
-
- Learning to notice sensations – Sensations are a gateway to Presence
- Learning how to Be Here (re-focusing our attention to Presence)
- Increasing the capacity of the nervous system to Be Here
- Establishing new habits of Being Here (from both the brain and physiology perspective) – Developing new habits takes practice and time!
- Understanding and experiencing what Awakening is and the process that leads to Awakening

REFUND POLICY
We encourage all participants to remain in the program and work through the arising issues in Presence and through Inquiry as that is part of the program and it assures the success of your participation.
However in case of unforeseen and life changing circumstances that would prevent you from completing the program we offer a limited, percentage based refund policy.
There are no refunds after January 6th, 2019. We put a great deal of energy into creating this program and rely on your commitment financially to provide the best experience possible.
We are a non-profit and we rarely have students requesting refunds, but just in case here is an outline. There is a 30% office support fee of the total program cost, and a percentage fee depending on how long you spent in the course.
For example: if you only participated in 2 months of 6 months, the remaining 70% class fee would get divided by 3 (as 2 months is a third of 6 months). So we would keep 30% office support and 23.3% class fee, a total of 53.3%, and you would receive 46.7% return. If desired, the refund can be in the form of a credit on your account toward a future program.
We welcome the opportunity to resolve your concerns before refunding your payment. If there is something we can assist you with, please contact us at info@neelam.org at any time during the program
