In the midst of a changing World that is very much in need of Presence and Awakening our vision to transform FOTS remains very strong!

With your unwavering support, we are addressing the changing needs of our community where more and more people are seeking guidance, spiritual connection, and purpose online. We see a new opportunity to share our resources and truly transform lives — will you stand with us?🙂

This Winter we are aiming to raise $20,000 to bring this vision to life. With your support we will transform my teaching into a more interactive and engaging online sacred space through upgraded eCourses, interactive libraries, and digital tools that go beyond our traditional zoom-audio programs.

• Strengthening the desire for Awakening and Freedom
• Experiencing Presence (Consciousness, God), our True Nature, directly
• Learning to discriminate between Past and Present
• Learning about and embodying elements necessary for Awakening
• Going beyond the illusion of mind, ego, “I”
• Developing a stronger reliance on Presence
• Breaking through the illusion of Separation
• Learning practical information about the nervous system and brain and how to grow the capacity of the Nervous System to Be Here
• Understanding what Embodiment is and learning how to embody Presence and challenging and/or expanded states like fear, anger, and love
• Embodiment after Awakening
• Learning practical information about being in the world and being relational

• A shift from identifying oneself as the body mind to knowing oneself as Presence, Consciousness, God, our True Nature
• A growing ability to Trust
• The true meaning of Discrimination — the difference between Past and Present
• A greater ability be more Present in their life
• A greater capacity in the nervous system to Be Here and experience the arising past (less fight-or-flight or overwhelm-collapse)
• A growing desire for Presence, Awakening and Freedom
• The true meaning and experience of Surrender
• An ability to experience Peace and Presence directly and throughout life
• An improved ability to notice tendencies shaped by Past experiences and break free from habitual, self-defeating patterns
• An increased ability to navigate life’s ups and downs, feel more at peace and enjoy life more
• Awakening and Freedom, a permanent shift to knowing oneself as Presence

Returning Students are:

• Students who have previously completed a 6 month program
• Students who have completed four 3-week programs
• Students who are invited personally by Neelam
