The impermanent nature of our moment-by-moment experience requires us to find ground in what never changes in order to find true happiness and rest.
And yet we also need to respect and grow the capacity of our Nervous System to Be Here — capacity that enables us to find rest and Presence in a moment.
How to determine the needs of our practice moment-by-moment and how to grow the elements that can truly lead us into Peace and permanent rest — in every moment and beyond.
Join me in this 4-hour intensive where we will focus more individually on your practice, explore the needs of the Nervous System as well as go beyond the mind to know experientially the meaning of “NOT PAST NOT FUTURE NOT EVEN THE PRESENT”.
