On this Suffering and Acceptance CD, Neelam answers many touching questions and brings us all back to Presence. Neelam clarifies the difference between suffering and pain. Acceptance occurs when we are willing to meet what is going on inside of us without changing it. The many questions answered on this CD will help to bring understanding and experience to acceptance, encouraging a deeper sense of resting. This CD does not include an Inquiry process. Since it is always most touching to experience Neelam's words and Presence directly, here is an excerpt from the CD:

"When we don't rest in here, we experience suffering. So, what is suffering? So often we have a confusion. We think pain is suffering. We think circumstance is suffering. We think what is happening in the world is suffering. We think what is happening to us is suffering. But, suffering is that inability to be here—just the way you are—just the way you are."

Tenderness is an integral core of Neelam's teachings. With this CD, we are given an opportunity to inquire into our own lives, to notice where tenderness is missing. Following this inquiry, we often find tenderness to be much closer—and much more "real"—than we had imagined.

The "Tenderness ... do you know what it is?" CD allows 2 sections of silence -- one for yourself and one for a partner. The silences are 5 minutes in duration. Once you have heard Neelam’s instructions, you can follow along or skip to the next track of the CD.
